Acronis, and others, allow you to backup to a remote location as part of the backup process. You can also set acronis to automate this process so it occurs in the small hours, when often Internet Service providors allow for free or reduced cost bandwidth. 

You simply need to enter the ftp (backup.assivabackup.com) location into acronis and it will do the rest!
